1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service:
- Email our customer service team via the Return Form below with your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
- A customer service representative will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Packaging:
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Include RA Number:
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Shipping:
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
3. Inspection and Refund Process
- Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- If the product is in its original condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method, excluding the original shipping cost.
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Damaged Products
- If your Valkyrie Case arrives damaged, please contact us (support@valkyrieproducts.com) immediately with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- For minor damages or broken pieces, we may provide replacement parts at no additional cost.
- If the case is extensively damaged, we may offer a partial refund based on the severity of the damage.
