Our warranty coverage is designed to provide you with confidence in your purchase, backed by our commitment to excellence.
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe you will be pleased with your Valkyrie Products purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Valkyrie Products LLC offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the life of the product. This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. To qualify for the Limited Lifetime Warranty, customers must register their case through the Valkyrie Product's Warranty Form below 7 days of the purchase date. In case of defects, at our discretion, we may choose to repair the case, send replacement parts, or replace the case. However, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or accidents.
Customer Initiative for Case Repairs
As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we encourage customers to take reasonable actions to attempt case repairs themselves before seeking warranty claims. In certain cases, we may provide replacement parts to assist customers in resolving issues.
Warranty Exclusions
- The Valkyrie Products warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or abuse
- Accidents or unauthorized modifications
- Exposure to extreme temperatures or environmental conditions
- Improper storage or handling
- Transportation or shipping damage not reported within 5 days of receipt
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please fill out the Limited Lifetime Warranty Claim contact form below. A Valkyrie Products team member will review your claim and respond with the best options to proceed. Please make sure to fully describe the issue with your case as well as an explanation of how the damage occurred, and detailed photos. The more information you can provide, the better we will be able to help you with your warranty claim.

This warranty is the exclusive warranty for Valkyrie Products LLC. Valkyrie Products LLC disclaims all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If Valkyrie Products Warranty Team determines that any returned product is not defective within the terms of this warranty, the purchaser shall be responsible for all costs of handling, return freight, and repairs.
Valkyrie Products reserves the right to update or modify the terms of the warranty without prior notice.
